Request a quote
Tell us the service, organism, number of samples and sample type. We confirm the price and turnaround, usually within 2 working days.
Prepare samples
Extract and check your DNA/RNA to the requirements below, or ask us about extraction.
Label & send
Fill in the sample sheet, label every tube, pack safely and send or drop off.
Get results
We check your samples, our partner laboratory sequences them, and we email you the data and report.

Good practice
- Elute DNA in water or low-EDTA buffer (e.g. 10 mM Tris).
- Check purity with a spectrophotometer (A260/280) and quantity with a fluorometer if possible.
- Run a gel to check DNA is not degraded.
- Send at least one extra sample volume in case a repeat is needed.
Raw samples
Cultures, tissue, blood, soil, water, stool and food samples are accepted for most services, and we arrange DNA/RNA extraction. Say so in your quote request, and keep tissue for RNA-Seq in RNAlater.
Labelling and packing
Label
Write a short, unique sample ID on the side and lid of each tube with a permanent marker. Use the same IDs on the sample form.
Seal
Use 1.5 mL screw-cap or tightly closed snap-cap tubes. Wrap lids with Parafilm and place tubes in a zip bag.
Keep cold
DNA: send cool with ice packs. cDNA: store at −80 °C and ship on ice. Tissue for RNA-Seq: in RNAlater. PCR products: room temperature is fine.
Sample sheet: download the Excel sheet for your service from its service page, fill it in and attach it to your quote request. Please keep its columns and sample IDs unchanged.

From outside Dhaka: send by Sundarban Courier to its Dhaka EPZ branch, addressed as above. When you courier samples, write the sender's name and institution on the package and put a printed copy of the filled sample sheet inside.
Message us on WhatsApp before sending so we can expect your package.
When to pay
No advance payment. Pay within one week after you receive and check your data. There are no hidden costs.
Payment options
Pay by bank transfer, mobile banking or cheque. After paying, please send the payment screenshot or transaction receipt to us on WhatsApp or by email.

Receiving your results
Quality check
Every sample is checked first. If a sample fails, we contact you before sequencing.
Data delivery
Results are sent by email or a download link: FASTQ and a QC report for NGS, FASTA and AB1 files for Sanger, plus your analysis report where included.
