Sample requirements
Sample amounts and quality depend on the method, so we confirm the exact requirements for your project in writing before you send anything. To get started, tell us:
- The method you are interested in: methylation array, whole genome bisulfite sequencing, ChIP-Seq or another chromatin assay (or ask us to recommend one)
- Organism and sample type, for example tissue, blood, cultured cells or extracted DNA
- Number of samples and how many replicates per group
- For ChIP-Seq: the protein or histone mark you want to study and the antibody you plan to use
